United Way GBACC's board set June 5, 2026 for United for Good—the organization's first-ever gala, distinct from its long-running January event—complete with its own presenting sponsor, ticket tiers, and a run-of-show that named a live CEO transition on stage. It needed a full physical presence and a way to run cleanly across four screens in the room, not a deck someone clicked through by hand.
The screens weren't a slideshow. They were a system: a Presenter app ran the notes and a slide-manager grid on one display while the program deck ran on a second, synced live, with a Smart Edit layer that could push a corrected slide to the room without touching the file or reloading a screen. Yellowbox's own rebrand package went up as a live-auction item that night. The team was in the room as more than a vendor.

Together, we are building the next chapter of impact.

Video — A finished gala recap video, posted publicly June 15, 2026

The Challenge
United Way GBACC's first-ever gala needed a full physical presence—invitations, tickets, signage, a program—built to also run cleanly across four screens on the night itself, with a run-of-show that kept changing up to the event.
