United for Good Gala

United Way GBACC came to Yellowbox for its inaugural gala—United for Good, June 5, 2026—a full print and signage system built to also run live across four screens: an auto-advancing sponsor loop, a program deck tied to the run-of-show, a presenter view, and a silent-auction display, with a hot-patch system underneath so the show could change without stopping.

The night carried a real leadership transition. Melissa Reabold's program letter closed her tenure as President & CEO with “Together, we are building the next chapter of impact,” and the run-of-show named her successor, Kaci Peña Agosto, on stage during the 8:30pm CEO transition segment. Chevron Phillips Chemical presented.

The Challenge

United Way GBACC's first-ever gala needed a full physical presence—invitations, tickets, signage, a program—built to also run cleanly across four screens on the night itself, with a run-of-show that kept changing up to the event.

Deliverables

  • Print & Signage—Business card, "Join us" invitation card, invite card and envelope in black and white, event ticket, fabric arch entry sign, 10-ft stretchy fabric backdrop, program booklet
  • Digital & AV—Four-screen live production (Loop, Deck, Presenter, Auction), a Smart Edit hot-patch system, 34 program slides
  • Social & Web—Sponsor and event social exports, a web banner
  • Video—A finished gala recap video, posted publicly June 15, 2026
