United Way GBACC's brand comes from United Way Worldwide and gets updated from the top—most recently in a full 2024 Global Brand Refresh—so every local piece, from a fabric banner and board photography to each new fiscal-year campaign's own annual report, had to stay on-brand through each version of that national identity.
Rather than wait for guidance to trickle down, Yellowbox worked directly from United Way Worldwide's own early-adopter rollout materials to get GBACC's local logo lockup and collateral templates compliant ahead of the October 2024 public launch—and kept that system current from there, folding the refresh straight into each new fiscal-year campaign's own production instead of running it as a separate brand project. By the 2026 cycle, the annual report, donor reports, and ad calendar for "80 Years More" were shipping out of the same brand-compliant pipeline as every other campaign piece.
The refresh files landed on October 9, 2024. Twelve days later Kaci asked for a fabric banner and a flag banner, bright, with the new colors and logo. They were the first GBACC pieces built entirely in the new system.
That opened a production line. The Collateral list went up in Basecamp on October 8, 2024, and it is still open: board photography, donor reports, a press kit, a newspaper ad, and a monthly ad cycle, each rebuilt under the refreshed brand.
We received a kit for the campaign branding that had the source files, logo formats, colors, elements, and AI files. It was very helpful for my team to use throughout the year.
GBACC's localized two-line logo lockup: CMYK, RGB, white, black, and knockout versions.
A dedicated Giving Tuesday logo lockup for GBACC's year-end social push, and a custom United Way icon graphic built for GBACC's own use.
Local rollout of United Way Worldwide's 2024 Global Brand Refresh: new colors, typography, and the Arc / Arrow / Circle graphic system, starting with a full fabric-and-flag-banner production cycle in October 2024, the first pieces built entirely inside the new system.
An ongoing Collateral production line since October 2024: board-of-directors photography, donor-facing Executive Reports templates, a 25th-anniversary 9/11 newspaper ad, a Day of Caring press kit, and a recurring monthly print-and-digital ad cycle.
Brand-refresh collateral built directly inside each live fiscal-year campaign's own folder: the 2026 Annual Report, Executive Reports, trifold brochure, Funded Agencies card, fabric signs, and presentation deck all shipped as part of the 80 Years More campaign.
